Once the grill is preheated place the ribs on the grill meat side up and cook with indirect heat for 3 4 hours or until the ribs are tender.
The general steps are.
Cook each side of the meat for 30 minutes applying marinade several times.
Grill roasts ribs and bratwurst using the indirect method for the time given on the chart or until an instant read thermometer registers the desired internal temperature.
While your ribs are sitting preheat the grill and set it up for indirect grilling.
You ll place your ribs over the unheated portion of the grill.
If you are a charcoal fan move the coals to sides of the grill while leaving a hole in the middle.

With a gas grill this is very simple.
Prepare the grill for indirect cooking over medium low heat 250 to 350 f.
